Rating
The users are not allowed to vote for their own answers.
The sum of the ratings of all active answers, whose average rating is 3 and over, forms the Total user rating.
When a user has rating over 1000 in a particular category, he becomes an EXPERT in this category. All users having some rating are listed in the Hall of fame.
